The old Town Hall and Tower Block are connected by an elevated, enclosed footbridge. The tower block is about 198 feet (60 m) high with the top being 545 feet (166 m) 9 inches (23 cm) above sea-level. Since it was built it has been totally re-clad. Date 1968. D. 52.
