b23800. John Walsh's TV and Electrical Shop, No. 2 King Street. The lead downspout bears the initials; "W.L.C 1741". This is William and Cicely Leyland who built the house. W. H. Hornby was to live in the house and on the 29 August 1841 his son William Henry Hornby, Member of Parliament for Blackburn was born.rnDate of photograph 27 October 1981
