b23070. Sing Brook Brewery was started c1820’s by William Clark. It was leased, in 1828, by James Cunningham, who had been butler to William Feilden. In 1913 the tied houses were sold to Matthew Brown of Lion brewery. The brewery was sold in 1921. The buildings were demolished in 1984-85. Date of photograph 1958. M. 781 Sni.
