b05598. Old Warehouse, Clayton Street. This building was once held by Roger Forrest, and is of paticular interest because it was once used for hand-loom weaving and as such is fitted with special windows, designed to let in as much light as possible. Note the girder at the top of the building which carried the hoist. Date of photograph is 1953. M. 861.
