Moorgate Mill 003
b22815. This Spinning and weaving mill was erected in 1840-41 by John Parkinson. At this time the mill had 15,216 mule spindles and 142 looms. Weaving ended in the late 1920's. Photograph taken 8 May 1980 shows the mill lodge at the rear of the mill. M. 31 Moo.
