Newton Street Mill, Audley. Thomas Longworth's weaving mill of 1912-13. Woven cloth for export particularly to India. New shed added in 1955-56, Thomas Longworth Ltd.,whent into voluntary liquidation in 1958 and weaving ceased. Used as comfectionery works 1959-70, then a warehouse. rnMike Rothwell.
