King Street Mill 001
b22828. King Street Mills was originally a size and warehouse built by Robert Turner in 1813-14. About 1833 it became a Spinning and weaving mill with 6,900 spindles and 158 looms. Weaving ended in 1886 with the mill was used for winding and beaming. The mill was demolished in the early 1960's. the photograph was taken in the 1930's. M. 31 Kin.
