Higher Elementary School 002
Higher Elementary School on Blakey Moor, which is still standing. Post 2WW it housed Blakey Moor (Secondary) School on the ground floor and Blackburn Technical and Grammar School on the upper floor, before re-organisation gave the entire building to BT&GS, which moved in the 1960s to a new site at Billinge.
