The Bicycle Stand. Erected in 1993 to celebrate National Bike Week; unveiled 12th June, 1993 by Cllr. Gail Barton. Design competition promoted by Blackburn Civic Society and sponsored by Borough of Blackburn. The winning design was produced by David Barraclough.
