1. Cottam, John Haydock
Private John Haydock Cottam is a motor transport driver in the Army Service Corps, attached to the Gloucester Light Infantry. John had previously employed as a taxi driver. He attended St George's, his Sunday School teacher being Captain Ben Ormerod who is also serving in France. Awarded the Military Medal.
