1. Cooper, Staff Sergeant
Staff Sergeant Cooper promoted in seven months. Prior to the war, Staff-Sergeant Cooper had been a clerk at Messrs. Hindle's, wholesale grocers of AInsworth Street. Additionally, he was secretary of the People's Mission in King Street, an executive member of the Y.M.C.A. as well as Boy Scout.
