Clock Tower Mills 007
In about 1892 Clock Tower Mills were taken over by John Watts Ltd. They went on to become of the largest cotton waste merchants in the world. A prominent landmark on Sandygate, Burnley the mill was eventually demolished in 2004 after fire and vandalism made the building unsafe.rnThese images, taken by Wally Talbot, date from 1958 and feature a rare colour image of the Managing Directors office.
