Sessions House, Blackburn 001
RS0146. The Sessions House on the corner of Northgate and Duke Street. Opend July 25 1912 by Sir Harry Hornby. Notice the Public Halls have yet to be built. The foundation stone for them was laid by King George V in 1913 but the First world war delayed work and it did not open until October 1921.
