Dunkenhalgh Hall Clayton 001
Dunkenhalgh Hall. The current building is described in its listing as substantially nineteenth-century but incorporating parts of c.1600 construction. From 1712 it belonged to the Petres family. It was sold in 1947 when it became a hotel.
