RS0067. Blackburn Boulevard, The statue of Queen Victoria is in the centre, that of William Gladstone at the far end. The parish church (now the Cathedra) is on the left and at the far end, on the right, the offices of the Northern Daily Telegraph (later the evening telegraph, now demolished).
