1. Cumpstey, Harold
Corporal Harold Cumpstey, 1st Battalion Gordon Highlanders. Died of wounds. Harold's Mother lived at 21, St James' Road, Blackburn. A letter from the Second Lieutenant, William R Watt, notes that he had recommended him for a D.C.M. Distinguished Conduct Medal.
