b04611. Woodfold Hall Mellor. Built by Henry Sudell in 1798. It was sold to the Thwaites family in c1878. The Hall was for a long time deralict until it was bought by a consortium and converted into apartments. It is a grade 2 listed building. Photograph taken 1977. D. 41 Woo
