Victoria Street 038
Thomas Hart rope and twine shop and warehouse situated on Victoria Street, close to the junction with Church Street. John Fisher's store stands next to it. Thomas Hart was also a rope manufacturer and well-known Blackburn benefactor. His son Edward bequeathed his collection of coins, manuscripts and icons to the town.
