This is showing phase three of the project which added a further bussiness section with additional roof top parking and shows, on the right, the access road with the site of the future markets. The proposed clock Tower (never built )can be seen amongst the trees. It has a time ball like the old market clock tower. Date of photograph 4 May 1961.rnM. 8.
