Turner Street Mill 003
This mill was built in 1860 by Thomas Sharratt and leased to Henry Whalley and Co. It was was known as "Rhubarb" because the site was once allotments. It had 312 looms, later 400. The mill closed in 1931 after diffrent owners and tenants. rnMike Rothwell.
