b06105. No 73 tram passing the Adelphi Hotel onto the Boulevard in the 1940's.. The Northern Daily Telegraph offices can just be seen behind the tram. Woolworths and Church Street are at the bottom of Railway Road. Behind the tram is a Blackburn double decker bus. N.163.
