b04622. This is an artist impression of the entrance to a 28 lane Top Rank Bowling Centre. It was to be included in the first phase of Blackburn's central area redevelopment. In the event the bowling Alley was never built and the Cavendish club took its place, the tower connected to the club and the car parks. Date 1960's. The Architectss were Building Design Partnership. D 5.
