b22784. A group of Tacklers with the Manager at Roe Lee Mill. The manager is in the suit. The Mill was erected in 1856-57 by James Pemberton and Sons. In 1861 it was working 480 looms which increased to 980 in 1862 and 1008 in 1872. Weaving ended in 1981 Photograph taken in the 1900's. M. 31 Roe
