Reed Hotel 001
Reed Hotel, also previously known as St. Paul's Tavern. First open in 1758 and the pub licence was withdrawn in 1913. The unknowm artist who sketched the building describes it as Alma Street, although the 1900 Barratt's Directory gives the address as no. 11 St Paul's Street, with R. Clapham as the licensee. The pub appears to have served the dual purpose of a women's lock-up at some point in its history. The building is long since demolished.
