img0598-030P. Prior to the refurbishment in early 1991, the DJ booth had overlooked the dancefloor from along the side wall separating Kaleidoscope from the main room (Reflections.) The new booth, shown here, was on the other side of the dancefloor, in the bottom right-hand corner of the room diagonally opposite the main entrance. In front of it was this raised area useful as a stage for live entertainment, such as when Technotronic performed a few weeks later. (See photos Peppermint Place Technotronic 001 to 016.)
