1920s garden party held in the grounds of Holy Trinity vicarage, with Rev. Perry in attendance. Other names unknown. rnReverend Perry served as incumbent at Holy Trinity Church for thirty-one years until his untimely death in 1941, at the age of 66. He was previously one of the curates at the Parish Church (later Cathedral). Two years after moving to Holy Trinity, Rev. Perry started a Boy Scout troop and presumably Girl Guides followed shortly afterwards. Reverend Perry was very active in the Diocese and in the town, including serving on the Board of Guardians until the Poor Law was abolished in 1930.
