b22803. Built in 1906 this weaving mill had 680 looms with 200 more being added in 1908-09. The mill closed in 1964 when Blackburn Corporation purchased it and leased it to a footwear manufacturer. Photograph shows the loading bay taken 25 May 1973. M 31 Par.
