Nova Scotia Mill 001
b22811. Nova Scotia Weaving mill was started in 1833 by Robert Hopwood. At on point there were some 64,000 spindles and 1470 looms and 1400 employees. In 1930 the mill was sold to R.L.Jepson.rnIt was knocked down to make way for B&Q and other stores. The photograph was taken in 1973. M. 31 Nov.
