Leyland Street 003
A before and after photo of Leyland Street, near King Street. The top one, taken January 28th 1962 shows the street with all the houses gone and new flats built on George Street West. The bottom one shows the houses on the 29th September 1957. Note after all the time between the photos there is still an advertisement for Capstan on the hordings!
