b04332. Sir William Henry Hornby (Harry). He was the Mayor of Blackburn in 1876-77. In 1886 he was elected for the Conservative, has one of the MPs for Blackburn. He served until 1910. In all that time he never spoke in Parliament. The photograph was taken in 1906. G. 3 Hor.
