Great Harwood Subscription Bowling Green on Saturday won the Championship of the Blackburn and District Bowling League for the second year in sucession, and were presented with the silver cup by Mr J.Grimshaw, the league president. It was received by Mr R.Rock, captain of the Team. the winners defeated Longhaw Unity Team by 112-62. This season they have succeeded in maintaining an unbeated home record.
