This image of the Elma Yerburgh pub was kindly donated by the 'Closed Pubs of Blackburn' Facebook page. It was taken by Parkinson's Signs, who made the pub signage. The pub stood on the site of the Commercial Inn. Elma Yerburgh married into the Thwaites family and eventualy inherited the business.
