Columbia Mill 002
Columbia Mill, Blackburn. Only parts of the wall remain. Built in 1865-1866 by John Bragg, office manager of R.R Jackson and Henry Kitcher, brushmakers. The mill finaly closed in 1963.rnMike Rothwell.
