Cromwell House or Lodge, Shadsworth from an album of photographs about Shadsworth Hall. With grateful thanks to Alan Pickering from Holden Wood Antiques who kindly allowed CottonTown to publish these images. According to Ray Smith's "Blackburn Encyclopaedia", Cromwell House was eventually turned into a nursing home but was demolished in 1964.
