Cicely Bridge Mill 023
Cicely Bridge Mill. The mill was built in 1861-63 by W.B. Dewhurst. In the 1870's there were some 30,780 mule spindles and 612 looms. By 1900 the sons of John Baynes ran the mill. the mill closed in the 1980's.
