Bottomgate 007
Taken around 1974, this image shows Bottomgate just before it joins Copy Nook. On the far left can be seen the Ordnance public house at the corner of Ordnance Street. The pub closed around 1990 as clearance of the shops and houses was underway. Lancashire Telegraph 2 October 2024.
