b05428. A view of Blackburn Boulevard with a horse and cart driving along the stone sets of the road a tram can just be seen to right of the cart. There are fountains between the fenced off flower beds and the parish church (it did not become the Cathedral until 1927) stands proudly in its grounds. The ornate building is the offices of the Northern Daily Telegraph. date of photograph is c. 1906. N. 18.
