Three large weaving sheds and warehouses known as "Cat Hoyle" owing to a high incidence of feline mortality in the mill reservoir.rnAudley Hall Mill One, establised in 1860-61 by the Audley Hall Co-operative Spinning and Manufacturing Co. Ltd wound up in 1865. Taken by Frank Mitchell in 1866. In 1868 Eli Heyworth purchased the mill. Then extended in 1871. 1875 and during the 1880's. In 1930-31 the majority of the mill was demolished. rnAudley Hall Mill Two, built in 1877-78 Eli Heyworth and Designed by Miles Aspinall.
