b05430. A busy time on Blackburn Boulevard. At this time, 1950's, there are no shelters other than the one on the right. Things to note are the railway station with a train just pulling out, the Palace Theatre on the Corner of Jubilee Street. The tram lines are still evident but the trams had not run in Blackburn for a few years prior to the photograph. N 18
